What makes your t-shirts special?

Our tees combine ethical production with retro-cool designs! We offer:

Do you offer plus sizes?

Currently our women’s fitted tees go up to UK size 18, while our unisex hoodies and sweatshirts have more generous sizing. Check individual product pages for specific measurements.

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure checkout.

Why was my payment declined?

This is usually because:

  • Your card issuer flagged an international transaction (we’re based in Belfast)
  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect CVV code

Try PayPal as an alternative or contact your bank to approve the transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until I receive my order?

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days (we hand-pack each order)
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx (£12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over £50)

Weekends and customs clearance aren’t included in these estimates.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide except some remote areas in Asia and islands. At checkout, enter your address to confirm availability. Unfortunately we can’t ship to PO boxes.

Will I pay customs fees?

International customers outside the UK might encounter customs charges – these are government-imposed fees we can’t control or predict. Check your local import regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on:

  • Personalized items
  • Tote bags with removed packaging
  • Sale items marked “final sale”
How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] within 15 days with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item(s)
  3. Reason for return

We’ll send a prepaid label for UK returns. International customers cover return shipping.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. International transactions may take longer to appear.

Account & Technical Issues

I forgot my password – help!

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. You’ll receive an email to reset it. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes.

Why can’t I track my order?

Tracking numbers activate 24 hours after shipping. If it’s been longer:

  • Check you’re using the correct carrier link (DHL vs EMS)
  • Contact us with your order number for investigation
