We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) and offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached
  • What’s returnable: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags
  • Non-returnable: Vests (except if faulty, due to hygiene reasons)

How to Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for our approval email (within 2 business days) with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
